Implementing Campaign Manager - External Integrations
External agentsExternal agents use Kettle scripts to expose Kettle script parameters and output columns for mapping by the user in the UI of an Omni tactic or to output campaign files to Kettle for processing by the Kettle script (this includes reformatting data, adding columns etc.) before the amended file is output to an FTP.
Note: Kettle scripts must be created before they can be linked to an External agent. See the Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) section in the Campaign Manager online help for more information.
